Making vegetable oils means dealing with seeds, nuts, germs (part of the seeds in cereals) and fruits.

All these raw materials contain oil. The products we obtain, as a result of the traditional technique of cold-pressing, are extremely pure raw oils that maintain their natural properties and aroma of the raw materials.

Our goal is to combine nature and quality and in order to extract these precious ingredients, during the 20 years of experience, we selected a lot of varieties of the different seeds and species all around the world. In the specific:

Parodi Nutra wants to contribute to the realization of the sustainable development goals by working to develop alternative vegetable proteins by producing more ingredients from the same production cycle.

In fact, vegetable proteins can and must act as substitutes for animal-based food in order to significantly improve human health and environmental sustainability.

Sustainable development means learning to live within the limits of our planet in an equitable and dignified manner for all, without exploiting or impoverishing the natural systems from which we draw resources and without exceeding their capacity to absorb waste generated by our activities.

Our flours are obtained from the sustainable food transformation process of dried fruit, capable of separating fats from proteins, obtaining two functional ingredients with high nutritional values.

The global transformation to healthy diets will require substantial dietary shifts. The consumption of fruits, vegetables, nuts and legumes will have to double, and consumption of foods such as red meat will have to be reduced by more than 50 percent.

That is why, alongside our high-quality organic oils, we also provide our customers with a range of functional flours and protein powders for a variety of applications.
