Macadamia oil, obtained from the cold pressing of the Macadamia integrifolia nut, has a structure similar to sebum, which makes it an excellent skin care product and hair regulator. Macadamia oil is one of the few oils to have a high concentration of acid palmitoleic which is a constituent of human adipose tissues.
