Organic APRICOT kernel oil crude

Apricot kernel oil is extracted from the apricot seeds (Prunus armeniaca) contained within the core. The fruit is mainly grown in the Mediterranean region and in Central Asia, but our production mainly uses apricots grown in Italy. We carry out our production here in Genoa, Italy, using the cold pressing method.

Color, taste and aroma

Apricot kernel oil is light yellow, but it can also be of a slightly darker shade.
The taste is nutty, like sweet almonds, and its applications are also very similar.
